Dez has a B.A. degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Visual Design and Marketing from the University of St. Francis. She has over 9 years of professional marketing, graphic design, website, and social media experience within both large corporate companies and small businesses.

She has also worked independently as a marketing and business consultant for the past 7 years - and has developed, managed, and sold four startup businesses including Omega Seed Spice LLC, Realtor Supply Co., Batch Tea, and Mile High Gems. 

Dez is a passionate, forward-thinking professional with an impressive combination of project management, marketing, business development, and leadership skills.
